At
Our Lady of Refuge Parish, prospective Lectors take part in a training
program conducted by our Formation Team. At the end of that process,
newly certified Lectors begin as
apprentices, assisted by experienced Lectors. All Lectors are required
to attend occasional update meetings
and a day-long annual parish retreat for liturgical ministers.
