go on in families we try our best to focus on the foundation on the Holy Family keep us going and when the going gets called when you think about baby Jesus being rare by Mary and Joseph in the about on Christmas Day Joanne Arab China's great friend of mine since I came to the parish I think she's 94 years old lynx live in Germany she came out here with her husband 60 years ago and her husband maybe died about 20 years ago and she had one son lots of families just have one child and of course I'm her once on a diet on Monday from complications with cold and he's been sick for a long time with a toe infection and then he got the go ahead and eat it just took him but I I was talking to her I mean with her all this week since you died cuz we're great friends and it's really hard for her because she's a loan without a husband or Sean aniline she gets all these calls every day from Germany from her from her siblings for elders like her she's unbelievable fake despite losing her only son she comes to mass he or she was at the 8:00 Mass this morning even though she's in deep Mourning she just loves her family she talks to me about her siblings how close they are and one of them the other night culture from Germany at 2 a.m. in the morning and she said to me the next day she says you know I've never talked to my brother so long of the phone hour and a half from Germany but they had a great chance and I'm her brother in Germany lost two of her wherever he's at our son's son and the daughter in tragic situations and so these two siblings who lost their children love of family and very therapeutic for Johanna amazing and you know how the brother decided to call Johanna on Christmas day they were having a goose and he got the he got the job of slicing has how many was slicing the goose it reminded him of when he was a little shy with his sister Johanna but both of them loved taking the little skin and eating it together and he's always in his eighties and that just that little thing call me to remind me to go to call Johanna family that's what family is about but you can heal one another by just a small little simple thing like that they had this unbelievable talk about their childhood about their children that they lost and what family is all about I challenge you to do the same in those little things little things we can touch others with
